Welcome to IAMNOTAMERICAN®.com (“we,” “us,” or “our”). By using our website, you agree to comply with and be bound by the following terms and conditions (“Terms”). These Terms govern your use of our website and the purchase of branded clothing merchandise from us.

Please read these Terms carefully. If you do not agree to these Terms, you should not use our website or make any purchases.

1. General Information 
IAMNOTAMERICAN®.com is a Canadian-based business offering I AM NOT AMERICAN® merchandise for sale. By purchasing from our website, you confirm that you are at least 18 years old or have the consent of a legal guardian to use our services.

2. Orders and Payments 
All orders placed on IAMNOTAMERICAN®.com are subject to acceptance and availability. Once you place an order, you will receive a confirmation email. Payment must be made in full before any order is processed and shipped.

We accept various payment methods, including credit cards, debit cards, and other approved online payment systems. All payments are processed securely.

Orders are held for 24 hours before processing begins.

3. Exchanges or Replacements 
All items are inspected before they’re packaged, but we want you to be satisfied with your purchase. Therefore, we will consider your request for an exchange or replacement, as long as that request is received by us within seven (7) days of the item being delivered to you.

If the item you received was packed in a damaged state or was not as ordered (wrong size, or wrong design, etc.), please contact us at exchange_request@iamnotamerican.com within 7 days of receiving your order, with the following information:

• Your order number.
• A description of the issue with the item.
• A photo showing the damage or other issue (if applicable)

Once we receive and review your request, if a replacement is approved, we will send the replacement item to you at no charge. In rare circumstances, we may require that the defective or incorrect item be returned to us for additional inspection. If this does happen, the item must be received by us within thirty (30) days of your original receipt of the item, before a replacement item is sent to you. Any costs to return the item to us will be your responsibility.

If you made a mistake when ordering (wrong size, or wrong design), or even if you changed your mind about which item you wanted, please begin a return of the original item, and submit an order for your new item. The return process is outlined below.

4. Returns
If you’re not satisfied with your I AM NOT AMERICAN® merchandise, you may return it within 30 calendar days from the date you received your purchase. To initiate your return request, please contact us at refund_request@iamnotamerican.com and let us know your order number and the reason for the return.

Any returned item must be received by us within the 30 day return window, and be clean, unwashed, unworn and in its original saleable condition. Items not meeting these conditions will not be accepted for return, and will be destroyed.

Any costs to return the item to us will be your responsibility. We encourage you to use a shipping method with tracking, when returning the item to us.

After being inspected by us, if the return is approved, a refund will be processed.

5. Refund Policy 
Please allow five (5) days for us to inspect any returned items and process any approved refund.

Refunds for accepted returns will be processed on the original payment method. There may be an additional delay of up to seven (7) business days for your card provider to process the refund at their end. If you have not received your refund after this time, please contact your card provider or bank.

No refunds will be issued for returned items received by us more than 30 calendar days from the date you received your order, or if the item was not returned to us in its original saleable condition, or if the item being returned to us was lost in transit.

If a discount was applied to your original order (e.g., a “spend $x and get $y off” offer, or free shipping with a purchase of x shirts) and your return causes the order to no longer meet the conditions for that discount, the refund will be adjusted. The amount refunded will be reduced by the value of the discount you are no longer eligible for.

6. Clearance Items 
The preceding policies notwithstanding, “clearance” items – those items sold at a steep discount and identified as “clearance” items – are not eligible for return, refund or exchange. “Clearance” items will have any known flaws outlined in the description, and will have one final inspection before being shipped. Therefore, they are “final sale”.

7. Order Cancellation Policy 
Orders can be cancelled up to 24 hours from when you first submitted the order. You can submit a cancellation request via the link in your order confirmation Email, or by sending an Email to cancelled_orders@iamnotamerican.com with your order number. No cancellation requests will be accepted once that 24 hour timeline has passed.

8. Shipping and Delivery 
We offer shipping across Canada and internationally. Please review our Shipping Policy for more detailed information.

9. Backorders
Inventory is limited. At time of checkout, if inventory for your chosen design, size or colour is currently or almost out of stock, our system will indicate to you if some or all of your order is subject to backorder. If you proceed to submit your order, your order will be processed normally, and we will endeavour to get your item to you as quickly as possible. When we have an estimated timeline for delivery of your I AM NOT AMERICAN® merchandise, we will advise you via Email.

10. Privacy and Security
We take your privacy seriously. Please review our Privacy Policy to understand how we collect, use, and protect your personal information.

11. Intellectual Property 
All content on our website, including text, images, logos, and product designs, is owned by I Am Not American Merchandise or its licensors and is protected by copyright and trademark laws. You may not use, reproduce, or distribute any of this content without our express permission.

12. Limitation of Liability 
To the fullest extent permitted by law, I Am Not American Merchandise shall not be liable for any damages, whether direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential, arising from the use of our website or the purchase of merchandise. This includes, but is not limited to, any errors or inaccuracies in product descriptions, delays in shipping, or any loss of data.

13. Changes to These Terms 
We reserve the right to update and modify these Terms at any time. Any changes will be posted on this page with an updated “Effective Date.” By continuing to use our website after such changes, you agree to be bound by the updated Terms.
